This is the recovery code, previously called "serialSGG" in Gema Llorens' PhD thesis.

This code is not much different to the "older" version, apart from:

1. Possibility to exclude phases (e.g. air phase)
2. Correction in Read-Shockley equation (FS_recovery.elle.cc line 802):
        There was a division, but actually it should be a multiplication!!!

Important: Keep the "symmetry.symm" file in the same folder from where you call the code!!

Usage:

FS_recovery -i file.elle -u A B C D E -n

A. Set high angle grain boundary threshold angle in degrees, e.g. 15°
B. Set ID of phase (flynn VISC.) which should be excluded (e.g. useful for air), set 0 for no exclusion
C. Logscreen: Switch off random picking of flynns, unodes etc. by setting this to 1
D. Set initial rotation mobility, 0 is default but will lead to NO rotation  Hint: should be viscosity in new recovery code, that scales rotation to timestep
E. Set initial start step (steps already performed in input file), 0 is default. Only for output file naming.
